Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials

Horse Weigh have again been invited to supply their top of the range weigher at this years 4 star event for use by the vets and all competitors.
We will be using our new product The Supreme Plus Extra, incorporating its new features and it will also be used in the Vet Box at the end of the Cross Country phase

Horse Weigh clients William Fox - Pitt (Intermediate Pit platform) riding Parkmore Ed, Polly Stockton (Supreme Plus) riding Tom Quigley and Andrew Hoy (Supreme) riding Master Monarch were 1st, 2nd & 3rd respectively at this year's event; only 1.4 marks separated them after the final phase, the show jumping.

William Fox-Pitt also came 5th with his second ride, Ballincoola, and Lucy Wiegersma (Supreme Plus) riding Shaabrak, came 7th, meaning that Horse Weigh clients filled 5 of the top 10 places at this year's trials.

We will be launching our new product The Supreme Plus Extra
(25% wider with other new features) at this event - for all export markets

The Supreme Plus Extra has been particularly developed with 2 & 3 year old Flat horses in mind. Trials have been carried out in a leading Newmarket flat yard, asking them to bring out their most quirky horses to be weighed, (most of whom who would not go on our Supreme Plus model) and then building in new features as outlined on the Supreme Plus Extra page, to be able to weigh these horses easily; the results have been staggering!

At Manby's Farm, Oaksey, Wiltshire ( approx. 6 miles south of Cirencester)

To view the Kraft Oval Horse Walker - from Germany - in operation.

Dr. David Marlin, one of the UK's leading equine consultants, will be in attendance, to discuss the veterinary aspects of this new and exciting development.

Uwe Kraft, from the manufacturers will also be in attendance.

Horse Weigh will have their full range of mobile weighing platforms available, for inspection, including their extra wide Supreme Plus, with its modifications to cater for the most difficult/quirky two & three year old flat racehorses in training.

Light refreshments will be available.
